Payment
Info

A detailed description of the payment schedule and terms can be found here. The initial deposit is $350. Full payment is due by August 1st, 2025.

  • Credit Card - if credit card payment is preferred, please call (347) 633-0663 to complete the transaction. Please note there will be a 3.5% service charge.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. You can purchase insurance online separately. Here are a few platforms that offer more information about insurance options:

Meet & Greet 

To get an early start on the fun, there will be an in person and virtual meeting to get acquainted with your fellow Kingdom Luxury Travelers. The dates for the sessions will be announced in the near future.

Flight Info

Arrive at JFK airport 3 hours before flight departure. 1 carry-on and 1 checked bag allowed

Seating 
Extra legroom seating is not guaranteed but if available, offered for an additional cost. Seating choice (aisle, middle, window) is not available.

Hotel Info

Accommodation: 5 nights Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah, Dubai

Roommate
If you already have a roommate, you can submit their name when you complete the registration form. If you do not have a roommate, we will do our best to assign you one, otherwise you will be placed in a single room for an additional $600. 
 

​Meals

10 meals: 5 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 hotel dinner including, 1 Dhow Dinner Cruise, 1 Desert Camp BBQ Dinner  

Things to Consider

Weather / Activity Level / Attire / Mannerisms
In late November and early December, Dubai usually has temperatures between  62°F (18°C) and 83°F (28°C) and some parts of the trip involve walking tours. Please pack comfortable clothing, footwear, and wireless earphones for enhanced touring.

Some customs to keep in mind: 

  • Do not eat on public transport.

  • Keep public displays of affection at a minimum.

  • Do not use swear or curse words in public.

  • Do be mindful and dress modestly in public.

  • Do respect the culture and traditions of the country.

Currency
The currency in Dubai is the UAE Dirham. You can convert money prior to the trip and/or upon arrival.

Passports & Visas

Passengers are required to hold a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For visits of 90 days or less, a tourist visa is not required for U.S. citizens.   

Vaccinations

No vaccines are required in order to visit Dubai.
